      How does it work?

      It's simple! You receive a real letter by mail every month. Like receiving it from a cat. On the 15th of each month, we send you a letter. Depending on the area you live in, you will receive it within 1-3 weeks.

      Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

      When will you send my first letter?

      If you register before the 15th of the month, your first letter will be sent by mail on the 15th. If you register later, it will be sent on the 15th of the following month.

      When will I receive my letter?

      Between 1-3 weeks, depending on your location
